1. No Subscriptions

VaultAI does not use subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel on a recurring basis. You add funds when you need them and use them at your own pace.

2. Stopping a Vault

You can pause or destroy a vault at any time from your dashboard. Billing stops immediately when a vault is paused or destroyed.

• Pause — Stops billing. Your data remains on the instance. You can resume later.
• Destroy — Stops billing. All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

3. Closing Your Account

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. When you close your account:

• All running vaults are destroyed.
• All data (documents, chat history, generated files) is permanently deleted.
• Your account information is removed from our systems.
• Any remaining prepaid balance may be refunded at our discretion (see our Refund Policy).

4. No Cancellation Fees

There are no cancellation fees, early termination fees, or penalties of any kind. You are free to stop using VaultAI at any time.
