Payments Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

2. Prepaid Balance Model

VaultAI uses a prepaid balance model. You add funds to your account, and those funds are consumed as you use GPU compute time. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Each top-up is any amount from €1 to €20,000, or its equivalent in the currency you pick at the day's rate, with the maximum rounded down to a round figure. There is no minimum balance to keep and no usage requirement.

3. Billing

• Compute is metered by the second of running time at the hourly rate of your chosen model tier, and deducted from your balance about once a minute.
• Billing begins when a vault instance reaches a running state and stops when it is paused or destroyed.
• Your current balance and usage are visible in the Billing section of your dashboard at all times.

4. Pricing

• FLASH — $0.99/hr ($0.0165/min)
• TURBO — $4.99/hr ($0.0832/min)
• ULTRA — coming soon, not yet available to order

You pay in the currency you choose: USD, EUR, KZT, AZN, SAR or TRY, using the currency selector. Amounts in currencies other than USD are converted from the USD price at live exchange rates refreshed every 24 hours, and the exact amount is shown before you pay. Your balance is kept in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Insufficient Balance

A vault can only be started or resumed while your balance is above zero. A vault that is already running is not stopped automatically when the balance reaches zero: it keeps running and being billed until you pause or destroy it (or its auto-destroy timer ends it), and any amount below zero is taken from your next top-up. Keep an eye on your balance and pause vaults you are not using.

6. Payment Security

Card details are entered in our checkout form and sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our payment processor. We do not store your full card number or security code; we keep only the payment record (amount, currency, status and date).
