1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

2. Prepaid Balance Model

VaultAI uses a prepaid balance model. You add funds to your account, and those funds are consumed as you use GPU compute time. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

3. Billing

• Compute is billed per minute at the hourly rate of your chosen model tier.
• Billing begins when a vault instance is provisioned and stops when it is paused or destroyed.
• Your current balance and usage are visible in the Billing section of your dashboard at all times.

4. Pricing

• FLASH — $0.50/hr
• AIR — $3.00/hr
• PRO — $4.00/hr
• MAX — $10.00/hr

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Insufficient Balance

If your balance reaches zero while a vault is running, the vault will be automatically paused. Your data remains on the instance until you add funds and resume, or destroy the vault.

6. Payment Security

All payment transactions are encrypted. We do not have access to your full card number. Card data is handled entirely by our payment processor in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
