1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VaultAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VaultAI provides dedicated GPU instances for private document analysis powered by open-source AI models. The service includes:

• Provisioning dedicated GPU instances
• Document upload and processing
• AI-powered chat, analysis, and document editing
• File generation and export
• Audit logging

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malware or malicious files
• Attempt to access other users' vault instances
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Use the service to process data in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Payment Terms

• VaultAI operates on a prepaid balance model
• You add funds to your account using Visa or Mastercard
• GPU compute rates are displayed per hour for easy comparison but are billed per minute of actual usage (hourly rate ÷ 60 = per-minute cost)
• Billing begins when a vault instance reaches a running state and stops immediately when it is paused or destroyed
• Your balance is deducted each minute the vault is running; partial minutes are not charged
• Prepaid balances are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice

6. Data & Destruction

• You retain all rights to your documents and data
• Document content is processed only on your dedicated GPU instance
• VaultAI does not access, read, or store your document content
• When you destroy a vault, all data (documents, embeddings, chat history, generated files) is permanently and irreversibly deleted
• We cannot recover destroyed vault data under any circumstances
• You are responsible for downloading any files you wish to keep before destroying a vault

7. Intellectual Property

• The VaultAI service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Kitnetic Solutions Ltd
• You retain all intellectual property rights to your documents and generated outputs
• Open-source AI models used in the service are subject to their respective licenses

8. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from vault destruction (which is the intended behavior)
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

9. Service Availability

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• GPU instance availability depends on third-party infrastructure providers
• We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice

10. Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, all vault data is destroyed and any remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kitnetic Solutions Ltd is registered.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
