Kitnetic Solutions Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use VaultAI through the web interface at vaultai.tech, subject to these terms.

2. What You May Do

• Use the service to upload, analyze, edit, and generate documents within your vaults.
• Download files generated by the service.
• Use the service for personal or commercial purposes.

3. What You May Not Do

• Copy, modify, or distribute the VaultAI software or interface.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own product.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service beyond normal use.
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to documents you upload and files generated from your documents. VaultAI does not claim any ownership or license over your content. Your documents are processed on your dedicated GPU instance and are not accessible to us.

5. Open-Source Models

VaultAI uses open-source AI models to process your documents. These models are subject to their own open-source licenses. VaultAI does not modify these models and provides them as-is on your dedicated instance.

6. Ownership

The VaultAI service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the property of Kitnetic Solutions Ltd. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the service. Provisions regarding ownership, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content.
